Lock down in Accra / Lock down in Accra

Corona, Corona, more and more it becomes palpable. Unnoticed, we also stay more and more at a distance at home. A spontaneous hug is no longer there. There is more time to talk. For Lucy and especially for Isaac the work is getting less and there is more time to have a chat. Several times they come to our roof terrace and we talk about the school project, the students and what we are going to do on Homeland Oyoko. Especially exchanging ideas.

With the Changespirators group in the Netherlands we are going to meditate together online. Doing a meditation together feels stronger than alone. Connection, that is what is especially wrong in this world. We are no longer connected with each other. We live next to each other as separate individuals and that is not the intention. It is nice to hear that, although we cannot physically come into contact with each other, there is more connection. I hear it from different sides.

It is now mainly a time of sitting back on the roof terrace and observing what is happening. It doesn’t really matter where you sit, there is always something to see. Little by little, a little garden is being laid out here and the watchman’s house in its entirety is being taken off the property. At 6 o’clock in the morning so that was a bit of a scare. Eight enthusiastic men lifted the house together. To the left and then to the right again. Watch out for the tree and the steps up and down. House through the gate, away from the terrain. Good riddance! The house belongs to a watchman who watched the house of Lucy and Isaac during construction. The watchman now works somewhere else but never picked up his house.
